Our Pork
Jimmy P's Butcher Shop and Deli specializes in Heritage Berkshire Kurobuta Pork. Our pork comes from a small farm in Iowa where consistent breeding and quality control is of the upmost importance. We carry 100% Berkshire Pork so there is no crossbreeding like many other farms. We have had many taste tests against our pork and have yet to find a better pork product on the market. All of our homemade sausages are made with this wonderful pork.
